We have selected an assortment of the most popular polyurethane crown moldings in the eight foot lengths. Eight foot, Import length crown moldings are less expensive to ship than contractor length profiles as they do not exceed common courier dimensions.

These decorative crown moldings match perfectly in measurement end to end so there is no need for center blocks. This consistency permits easier mitering and joining of corner sections.

The history of Profile Moldings and Crown-Molding.com

Profile Moldings and Crown-Molding.com started manufacturing flexible crown molding, window casings and trim back in 1993. Later in the nineties the original owner began manufacturing polyurethane crown molding and millwork along with a complete line of door surrounds, polyurethane ceiling medallions, and various architectural details; our dentil blocks and medallions were a popular item with dealers throughout the country.

Profile Moldings manufactured decorative crown molding and millwork profiles utilizing high grade rigid polyurethane. Rigid polyurethane packed to a six pound density creates a product that maintains a similar density profile to a soft fir wood molding.

Along with these decorative polyurethane crown molding and millwork profiles, Profile moldings also manufactured a complete line of flexible crown molding, window and door casings and baseboard trim. These crown molding and related profiles were sold through millwork dealers throughout Canada and the United States.

In 2008 Profile Moldings was reorganized with the crown and trim manufacturing side of the business being taken over by related interests.

Through its new on line stores and web sites, Profile Moldings now sells its crown molding and related trim direct to the public in Canada and the United States.

We now import our crown molding, casings, door surrounds and medallions from overseas and stock these decorative millwork products in our US distribution centers.

Our knowledge in the crown molding business comes from over fifteen years in the business selling polyurethane and polymer manufactured architectural details through dealers and the public. Having manufactured our crown moldings, decorative corbels and dentil bocks our selves, we have very defined criteria to measure up to when selecting products from other manufacturers.
